An excellent rosé wine produced from Sangiovese grapes. The freshness and acidity are validly supported by a good body and a savoury and balanced finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it also matches well with summer appetizers and summer vegetable-based dishes.

Taste: Freshness and acidity supported by a good volume. Sapid and balanced finish
Pairings: Tomato bruschetta, seafood risotto, tagliolini with green beans and prawns
